"Thirteen Lives" Review

"Thirteen Lives" is a drama film depicting the real-life story of a Thai football team comprised mainly of children becoming stranded in a cave and the ensuing rescue efforts. The film is tense throughout, and even if you know the story behind the events depicted, the claustrophobic rendition of the caves, the ever-increasing tension over the location of the missing team and the deliberations over the best way to retrieve them, all make for an extraordinarily gripping viewing experience, bolstered by affecting performances from every actor involved, as well as its heartwarming depiction of people from all walks of life and all over the world coming together to solve this problem and rescue the team. This is an intense film that I will not forget any time soon. I highly recommend this film to anyone who has not seen it!
